Which MeisterTask features use AI?

Currently, AI learning models are only used for Ask Meister AI and the Meister AI Writing Assistant. 

How do I disable AI features for my team?

AI features can only be disabled by users on a business plan. If you are on a team: Only team admins on a business plan can disable AI features.

Business team admins can restrict their team from accessing certain advanced features in MeisterTask and Note, including features which make use of machine learning models.

To set these restrictions:

1. Visit the team settings page (only available to team administrators).
2. Select the Permissions tab.
3. Scroll down to MeisterTask Restrictions and select Edit.
4. Uncheck the boxes next to the features you'd like to disable.
5. Click Save changes.

How is my data processed by AI features?

Ask Meister AI and Meister's machine learning models process your search term and retrieve information from notes you have access to and the Note Help Center. They do not (and will never) process any other content.

Information processed by Ask Meister AI will not be used by third-parties to train or improve its models.

What Machine Learning Models (MLMs) does Meister use?

Meister AI utilize three machine learning models:

• A semantic search model built by Meister
• Models from Google
• Models from OpenAI

Information processed by Meister AI will not be used by these third-party providers to train or improve its models.

Are Meister's AI features GDPR compliant?

Yes, Meister AI is GDPR compliant. Information processed by Ask Meister AI will not be used by third-party providers to train or improve their models.

Could AI Tools generate inaccurate or offensive content?

Due to the nature of AI and machine learning models, AI Output may not be unique and our AI features may generate inaccurate or offensive content. Any content generated by AI does not necessary represent Meister's or your views. You should examine the generated AI output carefully before relying on it, publishing it, or making any use out of it.

Is my information being sold to train other Language Learning Models (LLMs)?

No. Information processed by Meister's AI features will never be sold or used to train third-party LLMs.
