These features are available to all users
Archive a note (or page) to remove it from your of active notes. Unlike deleted notes, archived notes are stored indefinitely and can be recovered at any time.
Archive a Note or Page
You can archive a note or page by clicking the ellipsis (...) on the left sidebar.
- Hover your mouse over the note or page you'd like to delete in the left sidebar.
- Click the ellipsis (...) which appears.
- Select Archive from the dropdown-menu.
Notes can also be archived in the note editor via the right sidebar.
Restore an Archived Note
Archived notes are stored indefinitely. To restore an archived note:
- Navigate to the Note Dashboard.
- Hover your mouse over "My Notes" on the left sidebar.
- Click the ellipsis (...) which appears.
- Select Archived Notes from the dropdown menu. A list your archived notes will appear below the search field.
- Hover your mouse over the note you'd like to restore and click the ellipsis (...) which appears.
- Select Restore Note. Your note will be immediately restored and moved to your list of active notes.
Restore an Archived Page
Archived pages are stored indefinitely. To restore an archived page:
- Navigate to the note which contains your page.
- Click the Pages header in the left sidebar.
- Select Archived Pages from the dropdown-menu. A list your archived pages will appear below the search field.
- Hover your mouse over the page you'd like to restore and click the ellipsis (...) which appears.
- Select Restore Page. Your page will be immediately restored and moved to your list of active pages.
